Return Policy

At Indi Zari, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.


1. Return Request Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Any request made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Return

A return will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • The item is in the same condition as delivered

  • The product is not listed under non-returnable categories

We may ask for images/video to verify return eligibility before arranging pickup.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Made-to-order or customized products

  • Clearance/sale items (unless defective)

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Free gifts or accessories received with any purchase


4. Return Pickup Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address wherever possible.

  • In some pin codes, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

  • The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.


5. Approval & Quality Check

  • Returned products go through a quality check at our warehouse.

  • If the product fails QC (signs of wear, perfume, stains, wash marks, damage), the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you.


6. Exchange Option

You may exchange the item for:

  • A different size

  • A different product (value difference may apply)

Exchange depends on stock availability.


7. Repeated Return Requests

Repeated or suspicious return activity may lead to your account being reviewed and return privileges restricted.
