This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During high-volume periods, festivals, or sales, processing may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted third-party courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC.
All courier partners provide:
Doorstep delivery
Tracking updates
Delivery to most pin codes in India
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro cities: 1–3 working days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 2–5 working days
Remote areas / Northeast / J&K: 3–10 working days
These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier workload, weather, strikes, or local restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping during promotions or for minimum order values.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
You can track your shipment status anytime through the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
If the order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, it may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:
Please do not accept the delivery
Notify us immediately at support@indizari.com
We will arrange a replacement or investigate with the courier partner.
