Return & Refund Policy – IndiZari

Thank you for shopping with IndiZari.
We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work for purchases made on www.indizari.com.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unworn

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • The product is not part of a non-returnable category (see below)

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup wherever possible.
You may be asked to self-ship in certain pincode areas.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged

  • Made-to-order or customized pieces

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

  • Any free gifts or accessories shipped with the order


3. Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective/damaged product, wrong item, or missing item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.


4. Exchange Policy

You can exchange for:

  • A different size

  • A different product (value adjustment may apply)

Exchange is subject to product availability.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund for cancelled orders will be initiated to your original payment method.


6. Refund Process

After your returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, your refund will be processed.

Refund timelines:

  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

We have no control over processing delays caused by banks or payment providers.


7. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued only through:

  • Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet)

  • Store credit (if chosen by you during return request)

Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI, after collecting details from you.


8. Important Notes

  • If the returned item fails quality check (signs of use, perfume, stains, wash marks, damage), the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

  • Repeated return requests may lead to account review for fraud prevention.
